Ever dreamt of an Overland adventure in an iconic vehicle?

Defender Campers gives you the chance to experience and enjoy Wild Camping in the heart of the West Country, whilst experiencing the thrill and adventure of exploring in a Land Rover Defender Camper.

Located in the South of Somerset, just a mile from the M5, we are at the gateway to Devon and Cornwall. From here you can explore Dartmoor, Exmoor, Somerset, Dorset, the South coast or South Wales. Our campers go all over and have explored the whole of the UK as well as Europe and Africa.

With four different set ups to choose from, you can custom fit the vehicle to your planned trip and our itineraries can help you with great recommendations for easy planning. Our campers are fully prepared to take you anywhere you choose to go, and include all the camping gear you'll need. Just pack your clothes and essentials and get out exploring.
Should you want more than camping gear, we can also offer you Paddle Boards, Firepits, GoPros and much more to make your Camping trip a memory to last a lifetime.

Silver Belle is our original Land Rover 110 TD5. She is a Pop-top roofed camper able to sleep and transport 3 in true Defender style.
Blue Belle
Blue Belle is our Family camper. She is a full Dormobile roofed camper, capable of seating and sleeping 4 in Classic Defender style.
Cherry Belle
Cherry Belle is the perfect family camper, able to seat and sleep 5 in comfort. She comes with an amazing iKamper Roof top tent
